La trata de personas y su relación con la explotación sexual de adolescentes de 14 y 17 años de edad.

Abstract

El estudio titulado “La trata de personas y su relación con la explotación sexual de adolescentes de 14 a 17 años de edad” ha tenido como objetivo principal, determinar cuál es el factor de incremento del delito de trata de personas en el departamento del Cusco, con el propósito de identificar cuáles son los sectores sociales más vulnerables en la comisión del delito de trata de personas en el departamento del Cusco, también determinar cuáles son los lugares de destino de las víctimas del delito de trata de personas en el departamento del Cusco, asimismo verificar si existe una adecuada política criminal para el combate al delito de trata de personas. Se ha utilizado una metodología de investigación científica, con un enfoque cuantitativo para analizar expedientes relacionados con el delito de trata de personas en los juzgados penales de la sede principal del Distrito Judicial del Cusco durante los años 2012 hasta el 2017, como también se realizó encuestas a los magistrados, fiscales y abogados vinculados directamente con la administración de justicia en el campo penal. Entre los principales resultados se señaló que el factor principal de crecimiento del delito de trata de personas es el factor socioeconómico de las víctimas, y que estas provienen de zonas alto andinas con elevado índice de pobreza y falta de empleo, motivo por el cual son más vulnerables ante tal situación.

A methodology of scientific investigation has been used, with a quantitative focus to analyze files related with the crime of it is about people in the penal tribunals of the main headquarters of the Judicial District of the Cusco during the years 2012 up to the 2017, as well as he/she was carried out surveys to the magistrates, fiscal and lawyers linked directly with the administration of justice in the penal field. Among the main results it was pointed out that the main factor of growth of the crime of it is about people it is the socioeconomic factor of the victims, and that these they come from Andean high areas with high index of poverty and it lacks of employment, reason for which you/they are more vulnerable before such a situation.
