Evaluación e impacto de la infraestructura vial en el desarrollo económico de la región Cusco en los años 2012 al 2018

Abstract

El presente trabajo denominado “EVALUACIÓN E IMPACTO DE LA INFRAESTRUCTURA VIAL EN EL DESARROLLO ECONOMICO DE LA REGION CUSCO EN LOS AÑOS 2012 AL 2018”, se desarrolló puesto que las carreteras son pieza fundamental para la interconexión de la región Cusco, el sistema de trasporte genera muchísimo beneficio, ya sea en eficacia o en efectos de transporte de mercancías o de traslado de personas, es decir las carreteras incitan a los cambios ya sea en la distribución de la población o en las actividades productivas. Y a lo largo de estos años se ha ido incrementando la inversión en infraestructura vial con el plan de la conectividad de los departamentos y zonas más alejadas de nuestro país, y especialmente nuestra región no cuenta con estudios referidos al tema y es de mucha importancia. Por el motivo ya expuesto anteriormente hay que mencionar que esta investigación se analiza y se mide el impacto que incita el gasto en infraestructura vial frente a las variables dependientes como producción agrícola, los alumnos matriculados y mortalidad, para ello se analiza la evolución de las variables que intervienen en el estudio, a lo largo de los siete años del 2012 al 2018 en la región del Cusco. El problema general de la investigación es “¿Cómo impacta el gasto de infraestructura vial sobre el desarrollo económico en las provincias la región Cusco en los años 2012 – 2018?” Por lo ya manifestado se plantea los objetivos de la presente investigación y se tiene como objetivo principal “Cómo impacta el gasto de infraestructura vial sobre el desarrollo económico en las provincias la región Cusco en los años 2012 – 2018”. Se tiene como hipótesis general de la presente investigación que el gasto en infraestructura vial impacta de forma significante en el desarrollo económico de las provincias de la región Cusco en los años 2012 al 2018. La presente investigación es no experimental con un enfoque CUANTITATIVO de tipo correlacional, pues se estudiará la variable gasto en infraestructura vial frente a las variables dependientes, es decir medir el impacto que tiene la variable independiente en el desarrollo económico de la región del Cusco, cabe resaltar que esta investigación utiliza modelos de datos de panel. La investigación concluye en que el gasto en infraestructura vial tiene relación directa con cada una de las variables dependientes de la investigación, puesto que la producción agrícola se incrementa al igual que los alumnos matriculados y disminuye la mortalidad si es que el gasto en infraestructura vial se ve incrementado.

This research is non-experimental with a correlational QUANTITATIVE approach, since the variable spending on road infrastructure will be studied against the dependent variables, that is, measuring the impact that the independent variable has on the economic development of the Cusco region. note that this research uses panel data models. The research concludes that spending on road infrastructure is directly related to each of the variables dependent on the research, since agricultural production increases as well as enrolled students and mortality decreases if spending on road infrastructure is increased. see increased.
