Introduction: Heart failure is a global public health problem suffered by 64 million adults, where 6.5 million have a reduced quality of life. Likewise, underdiagnosed depressive and anxiety symptoms have bidirectional effects ending in a deterioration of the disease or contributing to rehospitalization and in-hospital mortality rates. Objective: Analyze the relationship between anxiety, depression and quality of life in patients with heart failure in Hospitals MINSA level III-1 Cusco, period from March to May 2024. Methodology: Observational, analytical, correlational, prospective, cross-sectional study. In which, the information was collected based on the Minnesota Living with Heart Failure questionnaire and the Goldberg Anxiety and Depression Scale applied to 92 outpatients treated in the Cardiology outpatient clinic of the Hospitals MINSA III-1 Cusco in the period from March to May 2024. For statistical analysis using IBM SPSS v29 software, Spearman's correlation was used with statistical significance p < 0.05; and in the same way it was decided to use multiple linear regression to see the possible relationship between several variables. Results: The study found that 59.8% were men, with a mean age of 71 years; and median LVEF of 49%. A positive relationship is evident between the scores of the anxiety subscale p < 0.001, depression subscale p < 0.001 and quality of life. In the same way, the Goldberg Depression Subscale and the LVEF are the best statistically significant indicators to explain the quality-of-life score of the MLHFQ Questionnaire F = 74.902 p < 0.001.
