This research entitled “Impact of labor flexibility on the labor rights of young workers: Case study in the Wanchaq District Municipality, 2017 – 2019”, was developed with the purpose of determining the relationship between labor flexibility and workers’ labor rights. In this sense, the methodology of the research work was descriptive - correlational, with a non- experimental, cross-sectional and correlational research design. The population is made up of young workers from the Wanchaq District Municipality, between 20 and 29 years of age, who performed their work under the Special Administrative Service Recruitment Scheme – CAS, during the period 2017 – 2019. The sample is made up of a part of the population, with a total of 56 workers. The data collection technique has been the survey, using a questionnaire with scales of assessment with respect to the research variables. Finally, it was determined that 78,6% of the young workers in the Wanchaq District Municipality consider labor flexibility negative, while 21, 4 consider it positive. 53,6% of the young workers in the institution consider labor rights to be medium, 35,6% say they are low and 10,7% consider them to be high. In this regard, it was determined that there is a significant relationship between labor flexibility and labor rights.
