had as a general objective to determine the level of knowledge about early stimulation in mothers of children under 1 year, attending the Oropesa Health Center - Cusco 2018, the study was descriptive, transversal. The population consisted of 90 mothers who came to the Oropesa Health Center, the data collection was carried out through a structured survey, which was validated by expert judgment. The results were presented in graphs with their respective analysis and interpretation, having had the following conclusions 48.9% are between 18-25 years of age; in terms of the level of education, 36.7% have a secondary education; about the number of children have 70.0% of mothers between 1 to 2 children; with respect to the area of residence, 56.7% are from an urban area; in terms of language 75.6% speak Quechua and Spanish; with regard to the occupation of mothers, 72.2% are housewives, and 72.2% of the civil status are cohabiting. Regarding the dimensions by areas, the following result is obtained: motor area 63.33% a medium level was obtained, in the language area dimension 72.22% a medium level was obtained, in the coordination area dimension 81.11% a level was obtained medium and in the social area dimension 59.89% was obtained a medium level With regard to the level of knowledge of mothers, 45.6% have low knowledge, 42.2% of mothers have an average knowledge and 12.2% of mothers have a high level of knowledge.
