El sistema integrado de administración financiera y la productividad laboral en la oficina regional de administración del gobierno regional de Madre de Dios, 2016.

Abstract

La presente tesis se elaboró con la finalidad de dar alternativas para solucionar el problema planteado: “Cuál es la relación que existe entre el sistema integrado de administración financiera y la productividad laboral en la oficina regional de administración del Gobierno Regional de MDD, 2016”, el enfoque de este tema es brindar al Estado una opción de evaluar porque los trabajadores de la oficina regional de administración del Gobierno Regional de MDD no están cumpliendo con sus obligaciones. El objetivo principal de la investigación es establecer la relación que existe entre el sistema integrado de administración financiera y la productividad laboral en la oficina regional de administración del Gobierno Regional de MDD, 2016. Con la elaboración de este trabajo se dará respuesta a la hipótesis planteada: si existe relación entre el sistema integrado de administración financiera y la productividad laboral en la oficina regional de administración del Gobierno Regional de MDD, 2016. Sistema integrado de administración financiera, son sistemas informáticos que automatizan los procedimientos financieros necesarios para registrar los recursos públicos y la productividad laboral, es la producción promedio por trabajador en un período de tiempo. El diseño que se utilizó es Mixta con énfasis Cuantitativo – Correlacional, se ha utilizado como técnica la encuesta, dirigida a una población de 40trabajadores directivos administrativos y el instrumento empleado fue un cuestionario de acuerdo a cada variable. Finalmente se puede apreciar que existe una relación positiva media entre las variables: el sistema integrado de administración financiera y la productividad laboral.

This thesis was elaborated with the purpose of giving alternatives to solve the problem raised:“What is the relationship between the integrated system of financial management and labor productivity in the regional office of administration of the Regional Government of MDD, 2016 “, The focus of this issue is to provide the State with an option to evaluate why the workers of the regional administration office of the Regional Government of MDD are not fulfilling their obligations. The main objective of the research is to establish the relationship that exists between the integrated system of financial management and labor productivity in the regional administration office of the Regional Government of MDD, 2016. With the elaboration of this work will respond to the Hypothesis raised: if there is a relationship between the integrated financial management system and labor productivity in the regional administration office of the Regional Government of MDD, 2016. Integrated financial management system, are computer systems that automate the financial procedures necessary to record public resources and labor productivity, is the average production per worker over a period of time. The design used was descriptive – correlational cross - sectional, the survey was used as a technique, aimed at a population of 40 administrative managers and the instrument used was a questionnaire according to each variable. Finally, it can be seen that there is an average positive relationship between the variables: the integrated financial management system and labor productivity.
