Study entitled: "CHARACTERISTICS OF SATISFACTION WITH TELECONSULTATIONS, IN PATIENTS OF THE MEDICINE SERVICE, TECHO OBRERO HEALTH CENTER, SICUANI - CUSCO 2022". The objective of the study was to identify the characteristics of satisfaction with teleconsultations in patients of the medicine service, health center of Techo Obrero Sicuani - Cusco 2022. The study was descriptive, non-experimental cross-sectional design and quantitative approach. The sample population was 110 patients of the medicine service who received care by teleconsultation in the health center, the technique used was the survey and the instrument was a questionnaire. Results: general characteristics of the patients: 63.6% are female, 43.6% are between 31 to 40 years old, 52.7% have a higher technical level, 40% live with 4 to 5 people at home. Regarding the characteristics of the teleconsultation, 58.2% made their first teleconsultation, 50.9% made it from home, 70.9% were unaccompanied, 45.5% made a follow-up of an illness and 45.5% sometimes made a follow-up by telephone call. As for the characteristics of the treatment, usefulness, safety and satisfaction: 70.9% treated with kindness, 47.2% not very useful, 36.4% not at all better than in face-to-face consultations, 41.8% not very adequate attention, 40% not at all trustworthy and reassuring, 45.5% rarely allowed to answer doubts, 45.5% taught to identify risks, 45.5% provided little safety, 38.2% very little recommendation in the attention and 61.8% less than 10 minutes of attention.
