Abstract: La presente investigación, tuvo como objetivo describir la repercusión de la
pandemia por COVID -19 en la atención odontológica de los consultorios del distrito
de Cusco -2022.
Para ello, se realizó un estudio descriptivo, no experimental y transversal, la
población estuvo conformada por 27 consultorios odontológicos licenciados del
distrito de Cusco al igual que la muestra. La técnica empleada fue la encuesta con
su instrumento el cuestionario.
Los resultados demostraron que respecto a la dimensión repercusión en la demanda
de pacientes el 46.3% de los encuestados la calificaron como alta y solo el 34.3% y
19.4% la calificaron como regular y baja, respectivamente. En cuanto a la dimensión
repercusión económica el 48.1% de los encuestados la calificaron como regular y
solo el 27.2% y 24.7% la calificaron como alta y baja, respectivamente. En relación
a la dimensión repercusión en la salud del equipo de trabajo el 44.4% de los
encuestados la calificaron como regular y solo el 29.6% y 25.9% la calificaron como
baja y alta, respectivamente. En lo que respecta a la dimensión repercusión en el
manejo de pacientes con COVID -19 el 60.2% de los encuestados la calificaron
como baja y solo el 27.8% y 12% la calificaron como alta y regular, respectivamente.
Por lo tanto, se concluye que la variable repercusión de la pandemia por COVID-19
en la atención odontológica presenta que el 37.04% de los encuestados la
calificaron como baja y solo el 33.33% y 29.63% la calificaron como alta y regular,
respectivamente.
The present investigation had the objective of describing the repercussion of the COVID – 19 pandemics in the dental care of the offices of the district of Cusco – 2022. For this, a descriptive, non-experimental and quantitative study was used, the population was made up of 27 licensed dental offices in the district of Cusco as well as the sample. The technique used was the survey with its instrument the questionnaire. The results showed that regarding the impact dimension on patient demand, 46.3% of those surveyed rated it as high and only 34.3% and 19.4% rated it as regular and low, respectively. Regarding the economic impact dimension, 48.1% of those surveyed rated it as regular and only 27.2% and 24.7% rated it as high and low, respectively. In relation to the dimension impact on the health of the work team, 44.4% of those surveyed rated it as regular and only 29.6% and 25.9% rated it as low and high, respectively.
