Atributos gerenciales y su relación con el emprendimiento de los artesanos textiles del distrito de San Salvador - Calca - Cusco 2021

Abstract

La investigación que se presenta tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la relación que existe entre los atributos gerenciales y el emprendimiento en los artesanos textiles del distrito de San Salvador - Calca - Cusco 2021, en cuanto a la metodología, la investigación es de tipo básica con enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y alcance descriptivo - correlacional, la población de estudio está conformada por los cientos treintaiocho artesanos textiles estratificados de acuerdo a las diez comunidades y el centro poblado del distrito en mención. Finalmente, la investigación concluye previo análisis de los objetivos en los resultados de la investigación como sigue: los resultados de la investigación, establecen la relación que existe entre los atributos gerenciales con el emprendimiento en los Artesanos textiles del distrito de San Salvador Calca Cusco periodo 2021, de manera significativa conforme se establece la correlación de las variables atributos gerenciales con el variable emprendimiento, se tiene: como p=0.000<0.05, en la prueba Chi – cuadrado, se puede afirmar que los atributos gerenciales tienen una relación significativa con el emprendimiento, donde el nivel de asociación mediante la correlación de Spearman es 0.438.

The main objective of the research presented was to determine the relationship between managerial attributes and entrepreneurship in textile artisans in the district of San Salvador Calca - Cusco - 2021, in terms of methodology, the research is basic with a quantitative approach. , non-experimental design and descriptive - correlational scope, the study population is made up of one hundred and thirty-eight textile artisans stratified according to the ten communities of the aforementioned district. Finally, the research concludes after analysis of the objectives in the results of the research as follows: the results of the research establish the relationship that exists between the managerial attributes with entrepreneurship in the Textile Artisans of the district of San Salvador Calca Cusco period 2021 , significantly as the correlation of the managerial attribute variables with the entrepreneurship variable is established, we have: as p=0.000<0.05, in the Chi-square test, it can be stated that the managerial attributes have a significant relationship with entrepreneurship , where the level of association using Spearman's correlation is 0.438.
