This thesis is focused on the impact of using Control Board Performance Safety and Health at work for contractors in the project. The “Improvements to energy security and development of southern Peru Gas Pipeline“ project is a major work and because the construction processes involved are high-risk processes are executed by contractors, hiso essential that the management Health andsafety at work, implement a process of ongoing evaluation to its main contractors. The control panel is used to evaluate performance in safety and health at work of contractors, provides compliance and evaluation nine prevention programs that were established by the CCDS seeking continuous improvement and prevention of occupational risks.
