Protocolos de seguridad para la prevención de contagios del SARS COV2 en las agencias de viajes, hoteles y restaurantes turísticos en el Cusco 2023

Abstract

La presente tesis tiene como objetivo desarrollar protocolos de seguridad para prevenir el nivel de contagio del SARS COV2 y poder contribuir con la reactivación del flujo turístico de la ciudad del Cusco en las agencias de viajes, hoteles y restaurantes turísticos, esto, debido a la afectación de la industria turística a raíz de la pandemia, la perdida de cifras importantes de visitantes, la caída económica del sector y la incertidumbre de la prevalencia del virus, así como sus variantes. La tesis tiene como metodología la investigación básica, enfoque cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo, diseño no experimental y de método deductivo; se aplicó la lista de cotejos para la recolección de datos para construir protocolos de seguridad que nos ayude a prevenir contagios de SARS COV2. La investigación tiene como población de estudio a 630 agencias de viajes, 227 hoteles y 80 restaurantes turísticos en consecuencia evaluados y aplicados; como resultado de la investigación se definió el desarrollo de nuevos protocolos claros, específicos, simples y sobre todo concisos para su aplicación y de esa manera reducir los contagios al mínimo en las empresas que conforman la industria turística, brindarle seguridad al visitante asegurando su bienestar ya que es fundamental para así poder reactivar el flujo de turistas en las agencias de viajes, hoteles y restaurantes turísticos de la ciudad del Cusco.

The objective of this thesis is to develop security protocols to prevent the level of contagion of SARS COV2 and to be able to contribute to the reactivation of the tourist flow of the city of Cusco in travel agencies, hotels and tourist restaurants, this, due to the affectation of the tourism industry as a result of the pandemic, the drop in significant numbers of visitors, the economy of the sector and the uncertainty of the prevalence of the virus, as well as its variants. The thesis has basic research methodology, quantitative approach, descriptive level, non-experimental design and deductive method; The checklist for data collection was applied to build security protocols that help us prevent SARS COV2 infections. The research has as a study population 630 travel agencies, 227 hotels and 80 tourist restaurants consequently evaluated and applied; As a result of the investigation, the development of new clear, specific, simple and above all concise protocols was defined for its application and in this way reduce infections to a minimum in the companies that make up the tourism industry, provide security to the visitor, ensuring their well-being and which is essential in order to reactivate the flow of tourists in travel agencies, hotels and tourist restaurants in the city of Cusco.
