Personal Values and Professional Ethics for students of eighth and ninth cycle of professional midwifery school at the Universidad Andina Cusco 2014. Determine personal and professional ethical values in students the eighth and ninth cycle of the Professional School of Obstetrics UAC 2014. Survey was administered to 41 students of the 8th and the 9th semester, Professional School of Obstetrics, the Andean University of Cusco, the particular perceptions of students are explored, and it is a descriptive study provided an individual description. Ethical Values, students considered at 34.1%, general principles that govern the conduct, 2.4% momentous philosophical principles that transform the human being; Still need to perceive and become empowered, ethical values, modify the human being in every act of his life; Personal Ethical Values; What have you seen and often practice which 41.5% Respect and Truth, Honesty and Justice 9.8%; They have some insight as regards these values would be essential, assume as hers values Honesty and Justice; Professional Ethical Values, have Vocation Service, 31.7% consider that they have to deliver a baby in a remote community undertake it with professionalism, 22% will be delivered in body and soul to the race; Health professional, to assume the performance of their profession Service Vocation be issued to the service of his profession and to another human being, sensitive, tender, responsible, committed and severally, and imbued with Honesty and Justice. The essence of this research is to motivate and give pause to teachers and students about the importance of implementing the training values, it is concluded that students in training have certain ethical values, but needs to be internalized and empowerment of other values, is the responsibility of the University fosters awareness and ethical culture.
