Valores éticos personales y profesionales en estudiantes del octavo y noveno ciclo de la Escuela Profesional de Obstetricia de la Universidad Andina del Cusco 2014.

Abstract

Determinar los Valores Éticos personales y profesionales en estudiantes del octavo y noveno ciclo, de la Escuela Profesional de Obstetricia de la UAC 2014. Se aplicó encuestas a 41 estudiantes del 8vo, y 9no semestre, Escuela Profesional de Obstetricia, de la Universidad Andina del Cusco, se exploró las percepciones particulares de las estudiantes, y por tratarse de un estudio descriptivo proporcionó una descripción individual. CONCLUSIONES: Valores Éticos, las estudiantes consideran en 34.1%, Principios generales que norman la conducta, 2.4% Principios filosóficos trascendentales que transforman al ser humano; Aún falta que perciban y se empoderen, que los valores éticos, modifican al ser humano en cada acto de su vida; Valores Éticos Personales; Cuales considera tener Usted y cuales práctica frecuentemente, 41.5% Respeto y Verdad, 9.8% Honestidad y Justicia; Tienen cierto discernimiento en cuanto se refiere a estos valores, sería fundamental, asuman como suyo los valores Honestidad y Justicia; Valores Éticos Profesionales, Tienen Vocación de Servicio, 31.7% consideran , que cuando tengan que atender un parto en una comunidad alejada lo realizaran con profesionalismo, 22% se entregaran en cuerpo y alma a la carrera; Profesional de la salud, que asuma el desempeño de su profesión con Vocación de Servicio, se entregará al servicio de su profesión y al otro ser humano, con sensibilidad, ternura, responsable, comprometida y solidariamente, e impregnada de Honestidad y Justicia. La esencia del presente trabajo de investigación es, motivar y hacer reflexionar a docentes y estudiantes sobre la importancia de implementar la Formación en Valores, se concluye que los estudiantes en formación poseen ciertos valores éticos, pero requiere ser internalizados y el empoderamiento de otros valores, es responsabilidad que la Universidad fomente conciencia y cultura ética.

Personal Values and Professional Ethics for students of eighth and ninth cycle of professional midwifery school at the Universidad Andina Cusco 2014. The essence of this research is to motivate and give pause to teachers and students about the importance of implementing the training values, it is concluded that students in training have certain ethical values, but needs to be internalized and empowerment of other values, is the responsibility of the University fosters awareness and ethical culture.
