El nivel de la demanda de turismo de salud regional y la calidad de servicio en las aguas termo-medicinales del distrito de San Pedro en la región de Cusco 2016.

Abstract

La presente investigación denominada “El nivel de la demanda de turismo de salud y la calidad de servicio en las aguas termo-medicinales en el Distrito de San Pedro en la Región de Cusco”. Tiene como objetivo conocer el nivel de demanda y la calidad de servicio de las aguas termo-medicinales, que brindan a los turistas regionales. La metodología utilizada en la presente investigación es de tipo no experimental descriptiva y correlacional básico, donde se empleó un cuestionario de diecisiete preguntas a una muestra poblacional de 2974 turistas regionales que visitaron las aguas termo-medicinales de San Pedro , que la muestra está conformado por 93 turistas regionales , que fueron encuestados en el mes de Agosto , en las aguas termo-medicinales de San Pedro, e hicieron uso de los servicios para poder arribar los resultados finales del Nivel de la demanda y la Calidad de servicio en las aguas termo-medicinales de San Pedro. Finalmente se ha llegado a una conclusión que se demuestra de turismo de salud y la calidad de servicio en las aguas termo-medicinales del Distrito de San Pedro, es regular en un porcentaje del 96%, lo que falta llegar a un mejoramiento y adecuada atención al cliente. Lo que lograría con programas de capacitación al prestador.

The present research denominated “The level of the demand of tourism of health and the quality of service in the thermo-medicinal waters in the District of San Pedro in the Region of Cusco“. It aims to know the level of demand and the quality of service of the thermo-medicinal waters, which provide regional tourists. The methodology used in the present research is a descriptive non-experimental and basic correlation, where a questionnaire of seventeen questions was used to a population sample of 2974 regional tourists who visited the thermo-medicinal waters of San Pedro, that the sample is confirmed by 93 regional tourists, who were surveyed in August, in the thermo-medicinal waters of San Pedro, and made use of the services in order to arrive at the final results of the Demand Level and the Quality of service in the thermo- Medicinal plants of San Pedro. Finally, we have reached a conclusion that is demonstrated of health tourism and the quality of service in the thermo-medicinal waters of the District of San Pedro, is regular in a percentage of 96%, which is necessary to reach an improvement and adequate attention to the client.
