Abstract: Prácticas sexuales durante el embarazo de las parejas Alto Andinas de Urubamba – 2023.
Objetivo: Determinar las prácticas sexuales durante el embarazo de las parejas Alto
Andinas de Urubamba - 2023. Metodología: Cuantitativo, Descriptivo, no experimental,
de corte transversal, prospectivo. Con una muestra de 100 gestantes atendidas en el centro
de salud de Urubamba aplicando una encuesta personalizada. Teniendo como resultado
Resultados: Se evidencia que, en las estrategias adoptadas, las personas encuestadas
manifestaron que la posición que más usan (63%) y más le genera placer (44%) es la
posición del misionero y no hacen uso de juguetes sexuales (100%). En las conductas que
se adopten las personas encuestadas manifestaron que es tan totalmente en desacuerdo
(64%) que las relaciones sexuales frecuentes durante el embarazo son malas para la salud
de la madre y están totalmente en desacuerdo (55%) que las relaciones frecuentes durante
el embarazo son malas para la salud del bebe. En referencias a las actitudes y dentro de
estos mitos y creencias las personas encuestadas manifestaron que están totalmente en
desacuerdo (54%) que durante el embarazo las relaciones sexuales deben estar
restringidas, están totalmente de acuerdo (35%) señalo que tienen miedo de tener
relaciones sexuales con su pareja durante el embarazo, están totalmente de acuerdo (47%)
señalo que tienen miedo de dañar al bebe mientras se tiene relaciones sexuales, están
totalmente de acuerdo (41%) señalo que la penetración puede provocar un aborto, el
(80%) señalo que No recibió algunas vez información sobre sexualidad o prácticas
sexuales durante el embarazo por un profesional de salud y que un (72%) señalo que No
preguntaron sobre sexualidad o prácticas sexuales durante el embarazo a algún
profesional de salud.
Conclusiones: Las prácticas sexuales durante el embarazo de las parejas alto andinas se
evidencia que si realizan prácticas sexuales con las posición más común que es el
misionero, el deseo sexual aumento durante esta etapa sin embargo el placer sexual no es
lo mismo a cuando no estaba embarazada, con respecto a las actitudes, tienen miedo de
tener prácticas sexuales y dañar al bebé, las embarazadas se sientes menos deseadas, la
comprensión con su pareja disminuyó pero la satisfacción sexual aumento, tienen muchos
mitos y creencias con referencia a este tema y etapa, la información que tienen sobre
dicho tema es mínima.

In references to attitudes and within these myths and beliefs, the people surveyed stated that they totally disagree (54%) that during pregnancy sexual relations should be restricted, they totally agree (35%) and point out that they are afraid of having sexual relations with their partner during pregnancy, they totally agree (47%) point out that they are afraid of harming the baby while having sexual relations, they totally agree (41%) point out that penetration can cause and abortion, the (80%) indicated that they did not sometimes receive information about sexuality about sexuality or sexual practices during pregnancy from a health professional and that one (72%) indicated that they did not ask a health professional about sexuality or sexual practices during pregnancy.
