Diversificación de la oferta gastronómica local a partir de la organización de biohuertos para los servicios de restaurantes en el sector de Chichubamba, de la provincia de Urubamba 2016.

Abstract

La provincia de Urubamba se ha convertido desde hace muchos años en un centro gastronómico del Circuito Valle Sagrado de los Incas, donde diariamente miles de turistas se detienen a degustar los exquisitos platos que son preparados por decenas de restaurantes; sin embargo, se carece de restaurantes que puedan ofertar alimentos con elementos orgánicos, que son muy apreciados por los turistas. El objetivo de este trabajo es establecer las posibilidades de diversificar la oferta gastronómica local a partir de la organización de biohuertos para los servicios de restaurantes turísticos en el sector de Chichubamba. Una solución tentativa sería la organización de los biohuertos para los servicios de restaurantes turísticos en el sector de Chichubamba, por lo que cumpliría con abastecer a los restaurantes dedicados a este tipo de comidas y promoverá la diversificación la oferta gastronómica local. La metodología que se utilizó en la presente investigación, es el descriptivo-explicativo, ya que se describió las principales características de la zona en estudio y su potencial para la organización de los bio huertos con el propósito de prestar servicios de gastronomía para la diversificación de la oferta gastronómica en la ciudad de Urubamba, los cuales serán adecuadamente explicados. Se determinó que las características físicas y sociales del sector de Chichubamba, muestran excelentes condiciones y posibilidades para la producción de biohuertos, debido a l microclima que posee Además es necesario remarcar que Urubamba es en la actualidad el punto de concentración gastronómica de los turistas que visitan el circuito Valle Sagrado de los Incas.
