Territorio y paisaje como elementos de integración para el diseño arquitectónico del Centro de Visitantes de Huchuy Qosqo

Abstract

La presente tesis de investigación aplicada al diseño arquitectónico buscó entender las dinámicas del territorio y el paisaje para proyectar dentro de un espacio vulnerable, de la comunidad de Huchuy Qosqo a través del centro de visitantes, el cual albergue espacios flexibles y multifuncionales que fortalezcan las dinámicas sociales, culturales y económicas, con un enfoque de difusión del paisaje como patrimonio cultural de la Nación, posibilitando una adecuada gestión del turismo y conservación del lugar. La tesis se basó en un marco teórico, análisis de proyectos nacionales e internacionales acordes al tema de investigación y la normatividad vigente. La propuesta arquitectónica nos permite demostrar que se puede proyectar en el paisaje de manera contemporánea, integrándonos estratégicamente en el territorio y el paisaje, desarrollando infraestructura para gestionar el territorio de un turismo receptivo en masa y proteger un paisaje cultural y su comunidad vulnerable, en un espacio que se declara intangible.

This research thesis applied to architectural design sought to understand the dynamics of the territory and the landscape to project within a vulnerable space, of the Huchuy Qosqo community through the visitor center, which houses flexible and multifunctional spaces that strengthen the dynamics. social, cultural and economic, with a focus on the dissemination of the landscape as a cultural heritage of the Nation, enabling proper management of tourism and conservation of the place. The thesis was based on a theoretical framework, analysis of national and international projects according to the research topic and current regulations. The architectural proposal allows us to demonstrate that it can be projected in the landscape in a contemporary way, strategically integrating ourselves in the territory and the landscape, developing infrastructure to manage the territory of mass receptive tourism and protect a cultural landscape and its vulnerable community, in a space that is declared intangible.
