Gestión de almacén en la empresa JJ&P Sumtelec sociedad anónima cerrada Villa el Salvador Lima - 2017.

Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue describir como es la Gestión de Almacén en la empresa, JJ&P SUMTELEC S.A.C., ubicada en Villa el Salvador – Lima, avenida los Forestales MZ B Lote. N.º 12. Para el logro de esta investigación se tuvo como población a los 21 trabajadores del área del almacén de dicha empresa, el nivel de estudio fue descriptivo, el tipo de investigación básica con diseño no experimental; las técnicas de investigación empleadas fueron, la encuesta y la observación, teniendo como instrumentos el cuestionario y la lista de cotejo. Los resultados fueron procesados en el programa estadístico SPSS-22; donde se obtuvo que la gestión de almacén en la empresa JJ&P SUMTELEC S.A.C, es regular con un promedio 2.62; en cuanto a sus dimensiones de recepción e inspección en el área de almacén, es regular con un promedio 2.67; el registro y codificación en el área del almacén de la empresa es deficiente con un promedio 2.20; así mismo el almacenaje y mantenimiento es deficiente con promedio 2.47; la preparación de pedido es regular con un promedio de 2.62 y la expedición de productos es regular con un promedio de 3.12.

The objective of the present investigation was to describe how Warehouse Management is in the company, JJ & P SUMTELEC S.A.C., located in Villa El Salvador - Lima, Avenida los Forestales MZ B Lote. No. 12. For the achievement of this research, the 21 workers of the warehouse area of the said company were population, the level of study as descriptive, the type of basic research with non-experimental design; the research techniques used were, the survey and the observation, having as instruments the questionnaire and the checklist. The results were processed in the statistical program SPSS-22; where it was obtained that the warehouse management in the company JJ & P SUMTELEC S.A.C, is regular with an average 2.62; in terms of its dimensions of reception and inspection in the warehouse area, it is regular with an average of 2.67; the registration and coding in the warehouse area of the company is deficient with an average of 2.20; likewise the storage and maintenance is deficient with average 2.47; the order preparation is regular with an average of 2.62 and the shipment of products is regular with an average of 3.12.
