This research deals with the analysis of risk management in relation to the PMI® methodology, using as a guide the 7th edition of the PMBOK® and complemented with the risk management processes of the 6th edition of the PMBOK®, the application of Lean Construction using as a tool the balance chart is being applied to the work "Improvement of the Huarocondo Pachar Road - Pachar Bridge Component", with the objective of determining the influence of risk on cost, schedule and productivity. with the objective of determining the influence of risk on cost, schedule and productivity. We proceeded to the interaction of the stakeholders' performance domain by means of a qualitative analysis, thus determining a total of 70 identified risks, from which we obtained the priorities (high, moderate and low) according to surveys to the technical personnel on site. Then we proceeded to the interaction of the planning performance domain for which a quantitative analysis was performed, for which high risks were assigned to the items and proceed through a probabilistic "Monte Carlo" method using the @ Risk software tool for simulation, in which a new cost and schedule were obtained and compared with the initial cost and schedule. To determine productivity, we measured productive work, contributory work and noncontributory work, which will determine the variability of productivity during the months of July through October. Finally, the interaction with the Delivery Performance Domain was carried out in order to implement responses to the high risks identified above and to monitor them over time as indicated in the Uncertainty Performance Domain. According to the results, the application of risk management allows to control and minimize the probability of occurrence and impact of events that influence the execution of the work and to make decisions for a final delivery of the project.
