The research was carried out in the Regional Directorate of Labor and Employment Promotion Cusco, its general objective was to determine the relationship between remote work and the work performance of administrative staff in the Regional Directorate of Labor and Employment Promotion Cusco 2021; The study is of a basic type, with a quantitative approach, of a non-experimental design, and of a correlational descriptive scope; The sample comprises 80 administrative workers, to whom the 55-question questionnaire was applied. To assess the internal reliability of the questionnaire, the statistical technique Cronbach's alpha Internal Consistency Index was applied. The results of the research are the following: it can be stated that remote work is related to job performance, where the degree of relationship through Spearman's correlation is 35.1%; Likewise, it can be affirmed that there is a relationship between the identification of work teams and job performance, where the degree of relationship through the Spearman correlation is 29.3%; Similarly, it can be stated that there is a relationship between the establishment of a methodology to facilitate remote work and job performance, where the degree of relationship through the Spearman correlation is 28.8%; Likewise, it can be affirmed that there is a relationship between organization meetings and job performance, where the degree of relationship through the Spearman correlation is 27.2%; Finally, it can be affirmed that there is a relationship between monitoring and job performance, where the degree of relationship using the Spearman correlation is 15.1%.
