The research study entitled “Alimentary Habits and its relationship with the nutritional status of adolescents in the Mixed Educational Institution, Lord of Huanca San Salvador - Calca, Cusco 2018“ aimed to determine the relationship between eating habits and nutritional status. The study was correlational, rospective and cross-sectional; the population consisted of 107 adolescents of EBR. The interview and observation was used as a technique. The results show the age at 100% between 12 to 17 years of age; The sex of the students 50.5% corresponds to the female sex and 49.5% to the male sex, 28.9% is the third or fourth child in each case, and 20.6% the first. In Breakfast 43% consumes 4 meals, breakfast, snack, lunch and dinner, 23.4%, breakfast, snack, snack and dinner is the most appropriate, 15.0% take breakfast, snack and dinner . 36.4% consumed tea or coffee with bread and 12.1% consumed fruit juice and vegetable omelette with bread. At lunch, 44.9% of them consume soups, 29% indicate that they eat stews. 41.1% consume fruit sometimes 1.9% never. 45.8% of adolescents have a regular level of eating habits, 27.1% good and bad respectively. 71% of the students presented a normal nutritional status, with the presence of overweight 13.1%, thinness 11.25 and 4.7% obesity. 71% presents a normal size, 18.7% low and 10.3% high. Relationship between eating habits and nutritional status according to BMI 27.1% presents good eating habits and normal nutritional status. In relation between eating habits and nutritional status according to T / E, 25.2% have good eating habits and normal height for age.
