Manejo de las referencias y contrarreferencias de las pacientes obstétricas atendidas en el Centro de Salud de San Jerónimo, Cusco 2014

Abstract

La finalidad de presentar esta tesis es contribuir a fortalecer el Sistema de Referencias y Contrarreferencias en el Centro de Salud de estudio, el cual nos permite la Formulación del Problema: es ¿Cómo es el manejo de las referencias y contrarreferencias de las pacientes obstétricas atendidas en el Centro de Salud San Jerónimo Cusco 2014?; determinar el manejo de las referencias y contrarreferencias de las pacientes obstétricas atendidas en el Centro de Salud San Jerónimo Cusco 2014. Se realizó esta investigación con enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, transversal con un diseño no experimental. En las características sociodemográficas se observa en cuanto a la edad un 86.7% se encuentran entre las edades 19 – 34 años. Se identifica que la preeclampsia y la estrechez pélvica son los principales motivos de la referencia en el Centro de Salud de San Jerónimo con un 11.10%; el 82.30% si reciben tratamiento, el 66.70% son referidas a emergencia y utilizan el 52.17% de recursos de soporte a ecografías. El responsable del mecanismo de atención es el Médico en un 51.5% y la coordinación del transporte se encarga la Obstetra en un 72.3%. Si cumple con los criterios de capacidad resolutiva. Se identificó el motivo de la contrarreferencia en un 92% a consultorio externo.

El llenado de indicaciones de Contrarreferencia fue un 85% y el 100% de las pacientes cuentan con Seguro Integral de Salud (SIS). En el año 2014 las condiciones del usuario es de mejorado en 38% y curado en 62% Conclusión: El manejo de las referencias y contrarreferencias de pacientes obstétricas atendidas fueron significativamente regular, con falta de comunicación al usuario y la baja participación a nivel comunal.
