The present investigation is contained in the violation of labor rights, produced by the Covid-19 pandemic, which affected numerous labor rights both in private labor law, to those independent and informal workers who were forced to close their positions where they worked. whether in the arteries of the city or shopping centers, in the case of food markets, carriers, tour guides, restaurants, for example, and those of public labor law, whose salary was reduced, as well as non-compliance with collective agreements , extension of work hours with the implementation of teleworking or remote work, obligation to face-to-face work despite the massive contagion of the coronavirus in many workplaces. For this reason, we will seek to clarify which rights were violated during the State of Emergency, and their possible solutions, in the face of future States of Emergency.
