The objective of this research was to evaluate the greater adherence between the Fast Track concrete and asphalt witnesses, recommended for the repair of flexible pavements of the Prolongación Av. De la Cultura, Cusco, under the Whitetopping system. These were evaluated by indirect compression tests by axial compression and transversal cutting by direct compression, through three types of asphalt surface, without treatment, bush hammered surface (milling) and surface with Sikadur 32 Gel additive. It was obtained that the surface with Sikadur 32 Gel additive by means of the Indirect Traction test by axial compression reached a strength of adhesion of 2.10 MPa and with the Cross-sectional test by direct compression reached a strength of adhesion of 2.32 MPa which were superior to the two surfaces under study. And through the Asphalt Content test evaluated to the samples of the asphalt folder of the Prolongación Av. De la Cultura (Whereabouts Cachimayo), a percentage of bitumen content of 6.95% was obtained and by means of granulometric analysis tests of the stone aggregates. , a maximum size (TM) of ¾ “and maximum nominal size (TMN) of ½“ was obtained. With the obtained characteristics the asphalt witnesses were made as a replica of the asphalt folder of the Prolongación Av. De la Cultura (Paradero Cachimayo), district of San Sebastián, Cusco, for its elaboration in asphalt witnesses the Marshall methodology was used, where its stability was determined in the Marshall apparatus. In addition, Fast Track concrete witnesses with a mix design were developed that achieved high initial compressive strengths above f'c = 280 kg / cm2. At ages of 24, 48 and 72 hours of curing, using superplasticizing additives and accelerators of forge, coarse and fine aggregates of the Vilcabamba and Amaru Pampa quarries of the Cusco region. High strength concrete was obtained with more than 100%, 125% and 150% of its compression resistance design at ages of 24, 48 and 72 hours respectively
