The present research work entitled “PERSONAL AND CLINICAL PROFILE OF CHILDREN UNDER 5 YEARS OLD WITH DIARRHEAL DISEASES TREATED AT THE HOSPITAL OF QUILLABAMBA - CUSCO 2018“, had the objective of describing the personal and clinical profile of children under 5 years of age with diarrheal diseases acute patients treated at the Hospital de Quillabamba - Cusco 2018, with the type of descriptive methodological design of crosssectional and retrospective. The following conclusions were reached. Based on the results, acute diarrheal diseases were the ones that affect the most with 46.7% children under 1 year of age where 52.8% are male, and the nutritional status is also observed 65.7% is in the normal state, 24.3% have paleness and the largest number of children are from the District of Santa Ana with 30.5%. We can also observe that 61.7% had diarrhea without dehydration. Children with diarrheal disease more than 52.5% do not have fever, 70% of children did not have vomiting, or 67% abdominal pain. Also in a situation of acute diarrheal disease, children tend to have a normal body mass index. Most of the children with diarrheal diseases present sunken eyes as a symptom, the children normally drink liquids, 60% of the children did not present dehydration, more than 50% of the children presented moist oral mucosa.
