The level of knowledge in Head and Neck Anatomy is a process of advancement in the production of knowledge of a basic subject and of vital importance in the professional development of the Dental Surgeon, derived from the General Human Anatomy is the Regional Human Anatomy which is the field of study of various areas of health, in the case of Stomatology is the Anatomy of the Head and Neck; In this research we will address the level of knowledge of head and neck anatomy in the graduates of the professional school of Stomatology of the Andean University of Cusco, in which the scientific method was applied and a descriptive, prospective, cross-sectional and non-experimental research; so it was carried to the study in the graduates from the year 2017 to 2022, having a total of 235 graduates and a sample of 146 graduates of which it was found; in general, a regular level of knowledge, predominating the knowledge in the subarea of Osteology with 16. 4% of good knowledge and a lower knowledge in the subarea of Arthrology with 51.4% of bad knowledge. The level of knowledge of head and neck anatomy was higher in 2018 (37%) followed by those who graduated in 2019 (32.9%); the lowest percentages were for those who graduated in 2022 (7.5%) and from 2017 (8.2%). There was a difference between the study by sex, being the female sex the predominant one with 39% compared to 24% of the male sex, giving an overall total of 60.3% of regular knowledge.
