This research work is developed in the field of micro and small companies of the MERCAMUEBLE carpenters network in the San Sebastián district; which had as a general problem, to know how is the management of human talent in these companies, the general objective was to describe the Management of Human Talent in the MSE’s mentioned, as well. Describe how the processes are carried out such as: to incorporate people, place people, reward people, develop people, retain people and finally the process to monitor people. The work carried out is of a basic type, it also has a descriptive level and non-experimental design. The MERCAMUEBLE network of carpenters is made up of 40 independent partners who share a sales position on a plot set up by them, from these it was possible to collect information through a survey that contains 27 items to collect application data about the management of human talent in their companies, the results were that, the processes to incorporate people has a level of 2.43, which indicates that it is bad, the process to incorporate people has a level of 2.68 which indicates which is regular, the process to reward people has a level of 2.20 which indicates that it is bad, the process to develop people has a level of 2.50 which indicates that it is bad, the process to retain people presents a level of 2.56 which indicates that it is bad and finally the process to monitor people presents a level of 2.57 which indicates that it is bad, taking the average of l As dimensions we have that Human Talent Management has an average of 2.49 which indicates that it is bad, this result confirms what was observed in the description of the problem.
