The present investigation is framed within the labor law and its main purpose was to determine the intensity of the relationship between the labor inspection management of the Cusco Employment and Employment Promotion Directorate and the fulfillment of the socio-labor standards of the Inca road porters , Cusco 2019, for which the research was carried out using a non-experimental design, of a correlational descriptive type, with a quantitative approach. For the collection of relevant information, a sample of 120 porters of the Inca Trail, chosen by non-random sampling, was used to whom two data collection instruments were applied, consisting of 12 and 14 items that collect the perception of respondents regarding compliance with the socio-labor standards of the Inca Caminos porters and the labor inspection management of the Regional Directorate of Labor and Employment Promotion Cusco respectively. The results of the investigation show with a level of significance of 5%, it is confirmed that there is a correlation between the variables Compliance with the socio-labor standards of the porters and Labor Inspection Management, obtaining the value of 0.836 for the Spearman correlation coefficient , a value that indicates a high correlation between these variables and that the better the labor inspection management, the better the results in compliance with the socio-labor standards of the Inca Trail porters.
