Formalización empresarial de los emprendedores beneficiados por el Fondo Concursable Procompite en el distrito de San Jerónimo, período 2018

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de investigación intitulado “Formalización empresarial de los emprendedores beneficiados por el fondo concursable PROCOMPITE en el distrito de San Jerónimo, período 2018”, plantea como objetivo determinar la situación de la formalización empresarial de los emprendedores beneficiados por el fondo concursable PROCOMPITE. Nuestra base teórica está referida a la formalización empresarial, formalización jurídica, formalización tributaria, formalización municipal, formalización sectorial y formalización laboral. El tipo de investigación es básica, el enfoque de la investigación es cuantitativo y diseño no experimental, alcance descriptivo, cuya población está conformada por los emprendedores beneficiados por el fondo concursable PROCOMPITE, con un número de 72 emprendedores, la muestra fue seleccionada por el método de muestras intencionadas eligiendo a 30 emprendedores beneficiados que cuenten con el Registro Único del Contribuyente (RUC), las técnicas de recolección de datos fue el análisis documental y la encuesta y los instrumentos, ficha de análisis documental y cuestionario; el proceso y/o análisis de datos se realizó en el Microsoft Excel y el paquete estadístico SPSS. Como resultado tenemos que los emprendedores beneficiados, en promedio, cumplen en un 24.38% con la formalización empresarial y que ninguno cumple con todos los requisitos que implica la formalización empresarial; la situación de la formalización jurídica es de 3.30%, formalización tributaria es de 55.33%, formalización municipal es de 16.67%, formalización sectorial 5.26% y formalización laboral 10%. Se recomienda a la Gerencia de Desarrollo Económico de la Municipalidad distrital de San Jerónimo que el fondo concursable PROCOMPITE tengan como uno de sus objetivos principales la formalización empresarial.

In this research paper entitled “Business formalization of entrepreneurs benefited by the PROCOMPITE competitive fund in the San Jerónimo district, 2018 period”, the following problem arises: What is the status of the business formalization of entrepreneurs benefiting from the fund? PROCOMPITE contestant in the San Jerónimo district, period 2018? whose objective is to determine the situation of the business formalization of the entrepreneurs benefited by the bankrupt fund PROCOMPITE. The research approach of quantitative type and non-experimental design, descriptive scope of basic level, whose population is conformed by the entrepreneurs benefited by the competitive fund PROCOMPITE; With a number of 72 entrepreneurs, the sample was not probabilistic with the method of intentional samples, so the sample is of 30 benefited entrepreneurs who have a RUC, the data collection techniques were the documentary analysis and the survey with its instrument: document analysis and questionnaire, the process and / or data analysis was by the Excel program and the statistical package SPSS. Of the total number of entrepreneurs benefited, on average only 24.38% is fulfilled with business formalization and that none has a business formalization at 100%. Its implications for social studies contribute to providing information, as for the theoretical, it provides truthful and real information about the status of business formalization of entrepreneurs benefited by the PROCOMPITE competitive fund, 2018 period.
