Formación académica y nivel profesional de los alumnos egresantes de la Carrera Profesional de Administración de la Universidad Andina del Cusco - Semestre 2012-I

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación existente entre la Formación Académica y el Nivel Profesional de los egresantes de la Carrera Profesional de Administración de la Universidad Andina Cusco Semestre 2012-I.

El nivel de estudio es el descriptivo y el tipo descriptiva explicativo, con un diseño correlacional de ambas variables, la población se determina a los estudiantes y docentes de la Carrera Profesional de Administración, con un muestreo no probabilístico criterial a los alumnos que se encuentran en el último semestre y que les quedan menos de 20 créditos (72 estudiantes) y 36 docentes que se encontraban laborando, la técnica fue la encuesta y el instrumento cuestionario para docentes y estudiantes, los mismos que fueron procesados en la hoja electrónica de Excel y para el procesamiento el estadístico SPSS20

Los resultados nos evidencian que existe una correlación muy alta de 0.91 a favor de la hipótesis que la Formación Académica influye significativamente en el Nivel Profesional de los egresantes de la Carrera Profesional de Administración de la Universidad Andina Cusco Semestre 2012-I

The research work aims at determining the existent relation between the Academic Formation and the Professional Level of the egresantes of Administración's Business Career of the Andean University Cusco Semestre 2012 I.

The level of study is the descriptive and the type descriptive explanatory, with a design correlacional is of both variables, the population determines to the students and teachers of Administración's Business Career, with one sampling not probabilistic criterial to the pupils that find themselves in the latter semester and that are them for less than 20 credits that were meeting (72 students) and 36 teachers laboring, the technique was the opinion poll and the instrument questionnaire for teachers and students, the same that the defendants in the spreadsheet came from Excel and for processing the statistician SPSS20

The results evidence a very loud correlation of 0,91 in favor of the hypothesis that the Academic Formation has influence significantly in the Professional Level of the egresantes of Administración's Business Career of the Andean University to us existing Cusco Semestre 2012 I
