Servicios empresariales municipales orientados a la promoción de las Mypes de iniciativa local y desarrollo empresarial en el distrito de Machupicchu-Cusco 2019

Abstract

La presente investigación se realizó en el distrito de Machupicchu – Cusco tuvo como objetivo general establecer la relación entre los servicios empresariales municipales orientados a la promoción de las Mypes de iniciativa local con el desarrollo empresarial en el distrito de Machupicchu – Cusco 2019. En cuanto a la metodología, el enfoque es cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y de alcance correlacional. Para la recopilación de información, se consideró como instrumento el cuestionario el cual fue aplicado a 169 micro y pequeños empresarios que son originarios del distrito de Machupicchu, referente al análisis de los datos de la presente investigación se efectuó mediante el programa estadístico SPSS; en cuanto a los resultados acorde al objetivo general, con p =0.000<0.05, en la prueba chi cuadrado, se puede afirmar que existe relación significativa entre los servicios empresariales municipales y el desarrollo empresarial en el distrito de Machupicchu – Cusco 2019, donde el grado de relación mediante la correlación de Spearman es 75.7%, con lo que se puede afirmar que cuanto mejores sean los servicios empresariales que brinda la municipalidad distrital de Machupicchu, mayor será el desarrollo empresarial en el distrito de Machupicchu. Asimismo, existe relación significativa entre los servicios financieros municipales y el desarrollo empresarial y finalmente los servicios de especialización productiva municipal se relacionan significativamente con el desarrollo empresarial.

This research was carried out in the District of Machupicchu - Cusco, its general objective was to establish the relationship between municipal business services oriented to the promotion of local initiative MSEs with business development in the District of Machupicchu - Cusco 2019. Regarding the methodology, the quantitative approach, non-experimental design and correlational scope. For the collection of information, the questionnaire was considered as an instrument, which was applied to 169 micro and small entrepreneurs who are originally from the district of Machupicchu, referring to the analysis of the data of this research was carried out through the statistical program SPSS; Regarding the results according to the general objective, with p = 0.000 <0.05, in the chi-square test, it can be affirmed that there is a significant relationship between municipal business services and business development in the district of Machupicchu - Cusco 2019, where the degree of relationship through the Spearman correlation is 75.7%, which means that the better the business services provided by the District Municipality of Machupicchu, the greater the business development in the district of Machupicchu. Likewise, there is a significant relationship between municipal financial services and business development, there is also a significant relationship between municipal business advisory services and business development and finally municipal production specialization services are significantly related to business development.
