The former investigation work entitled “EXTERNAL CONSULTING USER’S SATISFACTIONS LEVEL IN ALFREDO RODRIGUEZ CALLO HOSPITAL, SICUANI CUSCO – 2017” It has as an objective: Determining satisfaction level from external consulting users in Alfredo Rodriguez Callo Hospital, in Sicuani, Cusco during the year 2017. The investigation desing was based in the transversal descriptive type, whit a sample of 280 adult users. The used tecnique was the poll. The obteined results in the study were: The age rank of the mayority of the user (66%) were among 18 – 45 years old. Most of the user were female, with a 78%. The users satisfaction level in respect to comunication with the health personnel, the 47% said it was “regular”, and the 14% said that it was “bad”. About the treatment they recived from the health personnel, a 45% afirmed it was “good”. And about the waiting time before being attended, a 57% had to wait more than an hour and a 10% had to wait half of an hour. In other aspects; if the personal respected their beliefs, a 56% answered “sometimes” and a 15% answered “never”. If the nurses gave them clear indications about the prescriptions, a 66% were afirmative. If the explanation about the cares needed was good, 62% said yes, instead a 15% said they were no provided with information. Relative to the enviroment conditions and the waiting room, the 62% considered this “uncomfortable”, and the 12% “no comfotable at all”. About the cleannes, the 46% percives it as “regular”, and the 17% considered that the enviroment is dirty. If the privacy was respectec during the consult, the 54% said always. And about the general user’s satisfaction level, the result were that for the 62% it was “regular and the 11% afirmed their satisfaction level were “good”.
