Implementación de procedimientos escritos de trabajo seguro y su efecto en la cultura preventiva de los trabajadores de la Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Chaco Huayanay Quillabamba Ltda 100. 2022

Abstract

La investigación titulada IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE PROCEDIMIENTOS ESCRITOS DE TRABAJO SEGURO Y SU EFECTO EN LA CULTURA PREVENTIVA DE LOS TRABAJADORES DE LA COOPERATIVA AGRARIA CAFETALERA CHACO HUAYANAY QUILLABAMBA LTDA 100. 2022, se desarrolló con el objetivo de determinar el efecto de la implementación de procedimientos escritos de trabajo seguro en la cultura preventiva de los trabajadores de la Cooperativa agraria cafetalera Chaco Huayanay Quillabamba Ltda. 100 – 2022. El estudio de los antecedentes y marco teórico acerca de las variables de estudio permitió establecer como hipótesis que la implementación de procedimientos escritos de trabajo seguro tiene un efecto positivo en la cultura preventiva de los trabajadores de la Cooperativa agraria cafetalera Chaco Huayanay Quillabamba Ltda. 100 – 2022, para corroborar ello se aplicó como metodología de investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, de alcance explicativo y con un diseño experimental de tipo preexperimental con solo un grupo, integrado por una población y muestra de 10 trabajadores de la Cooperativa, es decir se aplicó un pre test y un post test posterior a la implementación, obteniendo como conclusión que la implementación de procedimientos escritos de trabajo seguro tiene un efecto positivo en la cultura preventiva de los trabajadores de la Cooperativa agraria cafetalera Chaco Huayanay Quillabamba Ltda. 100 – 2022, ya que según la tabla 3, la cultura preventiva es percibida como buena en un 80%, es decir se incrementó posterior a la implementación en un 70% y según la tabla 4 al obtener un p-valor de 0.0000055, se ratificó que si existe un efecto positivo en la cultura preventiva de los trabajadores de la Cooperativa.

The research entitled IMPLEMENTATION OF WRITTEN SAFE WORK PROCEDURES AND ITS EFFECT ON THE PREVENTIVE CULTURE OF WORKERS OF THE AGRICULTURAL COFFEE COOPERATIVE CHACO HUAYANAY QUILLABAMBA LTDA 100. 2022, was developed with the objective of determining the effect of the implementation of written work procedures safety in the preventive culture of the workers of the Chaco Huayanay Quillabamba Ltda. 100 - 2022 Agrarian Coffee Cooperative. The study of the background and theoretical framework about the study variables allowed us to establish as a hypothesis that the implementation of written safe work procedures has a positive effect on the preventive culture of the workers of the Cooperative Agrarian Coffee Chaco Huayanay Quillabamba Ltda. 100 - 2022, to corroborate this, a quantitative approach research methodology was applied, with an explanatory scope and with a pre-experimental experimental design with only one group, made up of a population and a sample of 10 workers of the Cooperative, that is, a pre- test was applied and a post test after the implementation, concluding that the implementation of written safe work procedures has a positive effect on the preventive culture of the workers of the Chaco Huayanay Quillabamba Ltda. 100 - 2022 Coffee Agrarian Cooperative, since according to the table 3, the preventive culture is perceived as good by 80%, that is, it increased after implementation by 70% and according to table 4, when obtaining a p-value of 0.0000055, it was confirmed that if there is a positive effect on the preventive culture of the workers of the Cooperative.
