The present research work has as main objective to determine the qualification of the tourists to the Quality of Services through the surveys of the Revinate Program of the Sonesta Hotel Cusco during the months March, April and May of the 2016. This research is mixed, since it involves a process of collecting, processing and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data. It is quantitative because we obtained data from statistical processes through surveys to tourists (guests) and qualitative because we obtained data from interviews with corporate guests, frequent guests and guests or tourists who visit for the first time the Sonesta Hotel Cusco. The level of research is descriptive, because it seeks to specify the profiles of people, analyze them and be able to describe what is being investigated. For the collection of information, questionnaires were sent through the Revinate Program. The survey is sent to the email that the tourist provides at the time of registration but only when the visitor leaves the Hotel. Where the tourist or guest can complete the survey, qualifying the Quality of Service provided in the different service areas of the Sonesta Hotel Cusco. This way you proceed to analyze the suggestions or complaints you had during your stay. It has been possible to determine that the satisfaction of the guest is related to the exceeding of their expectations and to the quality service provided by the collaborators.
