Abstract: La presente investigación tiene como objetivo desarrollar un sistema compuesto por una plataforma web y móvil para promocionar y publicitar eventos artísticos en la ciudad de Cusco. Para ello se analizó información relevante relacionada a la organización de eventos artísticos, marketing cultural y herramientas de marketing digital. Dicha información nos permitió tener un panorama general para desarrollar la plataforma teniendo en cuenta los criterios más importantes del proceso de difusión de eventos artísticos. Adicionalmente, se analizó información relacionada a la experiencia de usuario (UX) con la finalidad de garantizar la usabilidad de la plataforma y alcanzar la satisfacción de las necesidades de cada uno de los usuarios en este entorno. Así mismo, hacer uso de UX para el diseño de la plataforma permite visualizar el mensaje transmitido de cada anuncio de los eventos de manera clara y entendible para los usuarios.
En el párrafo anterior se mencionó el término UX, el cual resulta útil para conceptualizar y desarrollar la propuesta de solución (el sistema) ya que engloba una serie de metodologías que permiten diseñar productos y/o servicios a través del diseño centrado en el usuario, de las cuales destaca Lean UX, cuyos fundamentos se pueden adaptar a las fases del ciclo de vida de software de la siguiente forma: Design Thinking (Pensamiento de diseño), el cual fue utilizado en la fase de análisis y la fase de diseño; metodología Lean Startup para el proceso de validación del diseño en la fase de diseño a través del bucle build –measure – learn (construir – medir - aprender); y desarrollo de software ágil, el cual fue utilizado en la fase de desarrollo de la plataforma a través de la metodología Kanban. Finalmente, para la fase de integración y prueba se hizo el estudio de usabilidad y del comportamiento del usuario frente a la plataforma para ver si realmente satisface sus necesidades.
Al concluir con la construcción y validación del sistema se obtuvo un medio dedicado para la difusión de eventos artísticos que definitivamente satisface las necesidades del usuario y le brinda una experiencia agradable de rápida interacción. Teniendo como resultado la afirmación de la hipótesis planteada.
The purpose of this research is to develop a system composed by a web and mobile platform to promote and publicize artistic events in Cusco’s city. To reach this goal, relevant information related to the organization of artistic events, cultural marketing and digital marketing tools was analyzed. This information allowed us to have an overview to develop the platform considering the most important criteria of the process of promotion and advertising of artistic events. Additionally, information related to the user experience (UX) was analyzed in order to guarantee the usability of the platform and achieve the satisfaction of the needs of each user in this environment. Likewise, making use of UX to design the platform allows to visualize the transmitted message of each announcement of the events in a clear and understandable way for the users. In the previous paragraph the term UX was mentioned, which includes a series of ethodologies that allow designing products and / or services through user-centered design, of which Lean UX stands out, whose foundations can be adapted to the phases of the software life cycle in the following way: Design Thinking, which was used in the analysis phase and the design phase; Lean Startup methodology for the design validation process in the design phase through the build-measure-learn loop (construct - measure - learn); and agile software development, which was used in the development phase of the platform through the Kanban methodology. Finally, for the integration and test phase, the usability and user behavior study was done in front of the platform to see if it really satisfies their needs. At the end of the construction and validation of the system, the presentation of a dedicated medium for the dissemination of artistic events that definitely satisfies the needs of the user and provides a pleasant experience of rapid interaction was achieved. Resulting in the affirmation of the hypothesis raised.
