The study entitled "Quality of life and its relationship with adherence to treatment inpatients with chronic renal failure at Hospital Antonio Lorena Cusco 2022" whoseobjective was to establish the relationship between quality of life and the level of adherence to hemodialysis treatment in patients with chronic renal insufficiency of the Hospital Antonio Lorena Cusco 2022. The study was of correlational scope, nonexperimental cross-sectional design that found a sample of 33 patients with ChronicRenal Insufficiency, to whom the SF-36 quality of life instrument was applied. lifeand the Questionnaire of Adherence to the treatment of Morales G. of 2017. Among the results, it was found that 42.42% of patients with chronic kidney disease are between 50 and 59 years old; 52.52% were female children; 66.67% come from Cusco; 54.55% have between 1 and 2 years of hemodialysis treatment and 30.30% are single and married, respectively. In the quality of life, 45.45% have a regular quality of life; 39.36% good and 15.15% bad; In relation to treatment, 42.42% have adequate adherence; 39.39% average and 18.18% insufficient. A significant association was found Chi=12.435 and a value of p=0.014, between the quality of life with the level of adherence to treatment.
