The current research work entitled PERCEPTION OF THE TOURIST IN THE VISIT TO THE TEXTILE CENTERS OF THE SECTOR OF Q'ERAPATA DISTRICT OF CHINCHERO, CUSCO - 2019, has as its main objective to describe the perception of the tourist in the visit to the textile centers of the sector of Q 'erapata district of Chinchero, Cusco - 2019. Methodology: It exposes a quantitative approach, being of the descriptive type of research, where it has a non-experimental design, since the variable was not altered, this means that no changes were made on purpose in the variable. The population is made up of foreign and national tourists who visit the textile centers of the Q'erapata sector of the Chinchero district in 2019, a non-probabilistic voluntary sampling was carried out with a relationship of 110 tourists among them national and foreigners, the survey and observation techniques were used. Results: Of the 110 tourists surveyed, 64.5% say that the perception of tourists in the textile centers of the Q'erapata sector is good, while 35.5% qualify the perception of tourists as regular. Conclusions: As a conclusion, we have that the perception of the tourist when visiting the textile centers in the Q'erapata district of Chinchero, Cusco - 2019, is good since 64.5% of the 110 tourists surveyed expressed it this way, but it is possible mention that, of the 5 dimensions, three of the dimensions had a regular result and two of them had a good result, demonstrated as follows: 53.6% of tourists indicate that they have a good perception of tangible elements, the 68.2% indicate that the reliability of the service is regular, 51.8% of tourists indicate that the ability to provide answers on time is regular, in the same way 70.9% of tourists state that the perception of safety when visiting textile centers The Q'erapata sector is regular, and finally 70% of tourists indicate that they had a good perception of empathy on the part of vendors in textile centers.
