The general objective of this research work was to describe the work motivation of the employees of the company Aless E.I.R.L, in the sales area of the city of Sicuani, Cusco 2023. This variable was analyzed through 2 dimensions: hygiene factors and motivation factors, it is a basic type of research, quantitative approach, non-experimental design and descriptive scope; The study population was 35 employees in the sales area of the Aless company. The survey technique was considered, using as an instrument a questionnaire prepared to collect information for data processing, it was carried out using the SPSS and Excel program, thus establishing its reliability through the internal consistency statistic Cronbach's Alpha, thus reaching to obtain the following conclusions: After analyzing the results, it is determined that 42.9% employees of the Aless company are at a bad level, while 34.3% employees are at a regular level, and 14.3% employees are at a good level and that only 8.6% of employees are at a very good level, so it can be said that the employees of the Aless company are at a bad level of motivation. It is concluded that motivation is essential for employees to perform their functions since they are a key to achieving goals and objectives.
