La violencia familiar en la provincia de La Convención y el rol de los operadores de justicia frente a esta problemática 2019-2020

Abstract

La presente investigación lleva por título “La Violencia Familiar en la provincia de La Convención y el rol de los operadores de justicia frente a esta problemática 2019-2020”. La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo general determinar, analizar y comparar si legislar en base a la ideología de género impacta positiva o negativamente en la sociedad – período 2018 - 2019. La metodología a seguir en la presente investigación fue de enfoque cualitativa documental y de campo. Se postuló como hipótesis general: Las limitaciones que existen p a r a que los operadores de justicia d e la provincia de La Convención, no cumplan con eficacia su rol frente a la problemática de la Violencia Familiar, 2019 – 2020, probablemente son: - Carencia de especialización y capacitación - Deficiente logística - Falta de un trabajo coordinado interinstitucional La discusión de los resultados se realizó a través de la argumentación jurídica. Las hipótesis fueron validadas, y las principales conclusiones arribadas fueron: Las limitaciones de los operadores de Justicia de la provincia de La Convención por la cual no cumplen con eficacia su rol frente a la problemática de la Violencia Familiar, 2019 – 2020, son: - Carencia de especialización y capacitación - Deficiente logística - Falta de efectivos y Personal

The present investigation is entitled “Family Violence in the province of La Convencion and the role of justice operators in the face of this problem 2019-2020“.
