The present research work , was aimed to analyze the Hiring Procedure of the Administrative Contract of Services (CAS) in the District Municipality of Pisac. Used techniques were Documentary Observation and the Survey. Used instruments were a Documentary Record form and a Questionnaire. The research results show us that in the Hiring Procedure of the Administrative Contract of Services, regulations were partially fulfilled (93.75%). The preparatory stage is not fulfilled (100%). The announcement stage, was fulfilled in publishing the generalities (96.8%) and the details of the documents to be submitted (93.75%), was partially fulfilled in publishing the job profile (68.7%), the contract essential terms (98.4%), the schedule and process stages (93.75%), the evaluation phase factors and characteristics (59.35%), and the job characteristics were not published (100%). In the selection stage, were taken into account only those who met the minimum requirements of the job profile in 64.1% of cases. It was partially fulfilled with the curricular evaluation and personal interview (93.75%), and fulfilled with the results publication (90.63%). At the signature and contract registration stage, 92.2% of cases followed the guidelines prescribed in the regulations Keywords: Hiring Procedure – Administrative Contract of Services.
