The following research, entitled "The assessment of psychological mistreatment and impunity in disciplinary proceedings at the General Inspectorate of the PNP, Cusco, 2021", has the general objective of analyzing how the assessment of psychological mistreatment influences impunity in administrative disciplinary proceedings at the Inspectorate. Research was developed with qualitative approaches, of basic types, at descriptive levels. The unit of study was determined by the resolutions issued by the General Inspectorate of the PNP of Cusco, in cases of psychological mistreatment as a serious infraction. The technique used was documentary analysis. It was concluded that the assessment of psychological mistreatment has a significant influence on impunity in administrative disciplinary proceedings in the Inspector General's Office. This fact has been accredited from the analysis of the existing processes of psychological mistreatment in the Inspectorate, which have reflected the existence of a psychological affectation that reflects in all cases conditions of vulnerability that combine in a dynamic way physical factor, gender and the economic condition of the victims. Likewise, the existence of individual and social risk factors is replicated.
