The present investigation entitled "Execution of Sentences in food processes and effective jurisdictional protection in the Second Justice of the Peace Court of Canchis, Sicuani 2017 - 2019", have the objective of carrying out an analysis of the procedural acts with respect to the inherent the very nature of effective jurisdictional protection in terms of the executive stage of the sentences issued in maintenance proceedings on the right to effective jurisdictional protection. The existing problem in the Second Court of the Peace Lawyer of Canchis - Sicuani is raised, regarding the lack of consubstantial nature of the same between effective judicial protection and execution of sentences and also the lack of weighting of the best interests of the child or adolescent. Also because the urgent guardianship reinforced in the maintenance processes is not observed and that contributes to affect the right of effective jurisdictional guardianship and the right to effectiveness. There is, of the minor alimony that requires the basic needs for his subsistence and the justification for this is the procedural burden and the delay in the issuance of judicial resolutions that provide the requests that require liquidations to be carried out due to the breach of the obligation on the part of the defendant. All this process violates the exercise of jurisdictional protection of the plaintiffs and the minor alimony. In the methodological aspect, it is a basic study, designed using grounded theory with a qualitative approach. The documentary analysis of 44 food processes substantiated in the court was used as a technique. The conclusion was that the consubstantial is not observed, the weighting of the best interest of the child or adolescent and the urgent protection reinforced in the execution of the Sentences and therefore affects the right to effective Judicial Protection.
