Until the decade of the fifties, physical capital was considered solely responsible for the accumulation of wealth. However, based on writings of authors such as Jacob Mincer (1958), Theodore Schultz (1961) and Gary Becker (1964) study the foundations of the theory of human capital are consolidated, showing that contemporary societies depend on the knowledge and skills of its population; that is, their human capital. And that is precisely the differences in education, training and experience that determine the productivity between them workers, entrepreneurs is why we determine the influence of the degree of development of human capital in the productivity of the district Mypes Spas Cusco province of Cusco, 2013, Finding The Pearson correlation coefficient calculated in SPSS software program is 0.6123 is significant, which indicates that exist in the field of study correlation between the size and Variable Education Level Productivity by part of employers, thus also a high influence of human capital development in productivity is shown, (a worker with better education, more years of experience and constant training is actually productive), allowing personal development and business growth, evidenced in the Profitability of MSEs however benefits; (Salary, training), human capital are minimal.
