The research study called "UNNATURALIZATION OF SERVICE LEASE AGREEMENTS IN THE MICROEMPRESA COOPERATIVA AGRARIA DE SERVICIOS AGROBOSQUE, PUERTO MALDONADO - 2022" was proposed with the main purpose of showing that the service lease agreements entered into by the small company Cooperativa Agraria de Servicios Agrobosque, in Puerto Maldonado - 2022, are altered, transgressing the Fundamental Right of employees to have job security, established in Article 27 of the Political Constitution of Peru. Labor rights, the Civil Code and other rights will also be considered on the basis of reality, which implies the inclusion of workers on the payroll and the payment of all their labor benefits from the time of their entry until their departure from employment. According to the conclusion of the study, this is an exclusively legal issue. This is because the Law is dominated by qualitative analyses: logical and interpretative, supported by legal doctrines and methodology that focus on positive legislation. Therefore, we have excluded statistical techniques to focus on analyzing the legislation in force, which, as we have emphasized, is mainly based on a qualitative analysis. Those interested in further study of this labor system should review my study.
