Nivel de conocimientos sobre bartonelosis en pobladores de la comunidad de Moccoraise del distrito de Cusipata. Quispicanchis, Cusco – 2017.

Abstract

En el presente estudio intitulado “NIVEL DE CONOCIMIENTOS SOBRE BARTONELOSIS EN POBLADORES DE LA COMUNIDAD DE MOCCORAISE DEL DISTRITO DE CUSIPATA. QUISPICANCHIS, CUSCO – 2017”, se realizó con el objetivo de determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre Bartonelosis en pobladores de la comunidad de Moccoraise del distrito de Cusipata. Quispicanchis, Cusco – 2017, tiene un diseño descriptivo, transversal, realizado en una población de 100 familias de Moccoraise, de la cual se extracto una muestra probabilística de 80 unidades muéstrales. Entre los resultados más significativos se tienen que: Respecto a las características generales de los manipuladores encontrados el (38%) tienen edades entre los 18-29 años, la mayoría son de sexo masculino representado por el (54%), el (26%) de la población cuenta con un grado de instrucción de secundaria completa. En cuanto al nivel de conocimiento acerca de la identificación de signos y síntomas de la bartonelosis; el (41%) de la población manifestaron que los signos de alarma son fiebre alta, respiración rápida, pulso débil. Sobre las medidas de prevención; el (32%) de los pobladores refiere vigilar e informar la presencia de mayor cantidad de mosquitos, el (45%) manifestaron que para prevenir den participara en actividades educativas para informarse acerca de la enfermedad (talleres, capacitaciones); el (66%) manifiestan que si observan un apersona con posible bartonelosis informaran al centro de salud; el (48%) manifestaron que respecto al tratamiento se recomienda consulta médica urgente.

In the present study entitled “LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE ON BARTONELLOSIS IN RESIDENTS OF THE COMMUNITY OF MOCCORAISE CUSIPATA DISTRICT QUISPICANCHIS, CUSCO - 2017“, was carried out with the aim of determining the level of knowledge of Bartonellosis in residents of the community of Moccoraise Cusipata district. Quispicanchis, Cusco - 2017, had a design had a descriptive design, cross-sectional analysis, made in a population of 100 families of Moccoraise, which extract a probabilistic sample of 80 sampling units. In terms of the level of knowledge about the identification of signs and symptoms of bartonellosis; the (41%) of the population stated that the signs of alarm are high fever, rapid breathing, weak pulse. On the measures of prevention; the (32%) of the people concerned to monitor and report the presence of a greater number of mosquitoes, the (45%) stated that to prevent den will participate in educational activities to learn more about the disease (workshops, trainings); the (66%) say that if you look at a person with possible bartonellosis shall inform the health center; the (48%) stated that with respect to the treatment it is recommended that urgent medical consultation.
