This research work was developed at the Career of Tourism in Andina del Cusco University, where it was proved the use of the methodology of scientific research in consequence the quality of the thesis, whose problem is the methodological research domain, it means the ability to organize methodically every single knowledge according to a scheme that correspond to the scientific method, the one that favors the culmination of a qualified research; this investigations was aimed to the thesis whose sample was about 41 copies, the target for this research was to determine the degree of influence on the methodological domain about rules in scientific research on the quality of the thesis at the Career of Tourism in Andina del Cusco University. The research results demonstrate us that a large proportion of the thesis copies evaluated, (46.3%) show a regular methodological domain, reflecting also a regular quality in the research thesis. Then, at 95% of confidence, through the Chi square test X2 = 14.460, we can notice that the methodological domain in scientific researches influences significantly on the quality of the scientific investigation works at the Career of Tourism in Andina del Cusco University (p = 0.006 < 0.05), where the correlation between the study variables is 41.2% according to Spearman Rho test (p = 0.007 < 0.05).
