Mercado laboral y las habilidades profesionales de los egresados de la Carrera Profesional de Contabilidad del ISTP "Vilcanota" de Sicuani, Cusco, año 2019.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo por objetivo determinar el grado de relación del mercado laboral con las habilidades profesionales de los egresados de la carrera profesional de contabilidad del ISTP “Vilcanota” de Sicuani, Cusco año 2019. Metodológicamente el enfoque es cuantitativo, de alcance descriptivo correlacional, con diseño de la investigación no experimental de corte transversal. La población del estudio ha sido los estudiantes egresados de la carrera profesional de contabilidad del instituto superior técnico público Vilcanota. La muestra de tipo no probabilística fue de 25 estudiantes egresados donde se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta y el instrumento ha sido el cuestionario. Así mismo, la prueba de Hipótesis determina que existe relación muy alta positiva entre el “Mercado laboral y habilidades profesionales de los egresados de la carrera profesional de contabilidad del ISTP “Vilcanota” de Sicuani, Cusco, año 2019”; r=0.908; así lo demuestra la figura Nº33 y la tabla Nº35, según la escala de coeficiente de correlación de Pearsson.

The objective of this research work is to determine the degree of relation of the labor market with the professional skills of the students graduates, of the professional career of accounting of ISTP Vilcanota from Sicuani Cusco, subsidiary in 2019. Methodologically the approach is quantitative, with a correlational descriptive scope, with design of non-experimental cross- sectional research. The study population has been the students graduates of the professional career of accounting from the public technical higher institute Vilcanota. The not probabilistic sample was 25 students graduates, where the survey technique was applied and the instrument has been the questionnaire. Likewise, the Hypothesis test determines the relationship between labor market with the professional skills of the students graduates, of the professional career of accounting of ISTP “Vilcanota” from Sicuani Cusco, subsidiary in 2019; r=0.908; subsidiary. This is demonstrated by the methods figure N°33 and the table N°35, according to the pearsson correlation coefficient scale.
