Propuesta de un plan de gestión anual basado en la metodología del ministerio de transportes y comunicaciones, para la superficie del pavimento en las avenidas: Jorge Chávez y Costanera –Wanchaq – Cusco.

Abstract

La presente tesis tiene como objetivo aplicar el Sistema de Gestión Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones, con sus modificaciones en la adaptación para pavimentos urbanos generando un plan de gestión para la superficie del pavimento en su estado actual. el cual en la fase de inspección se utilizó el Índice de Condición de Pavimentos para evaluar las Avenidas Jorge Chávez y Costanera del distrito de Wanchaq con dos mil metros lineales de pista, los cuales han sido estudiados a detalle para identificar las fallas existentes y cuantificar el estado de la vía con el uso del equipo fotogramétrico drone phantom 3. La problemática que desarrolla la investigación, que viene a ser el estudio del deterioro de la superficie del pavimento de ambas vías, para su intervención, con el objetivo de generar un plan de gestión para la superficie del pavimento. La metodología de la presente investigación es cuantitativa de nivel descriptivo propositivo, no experimental transversal, siendo los resultados obtenidos en la Av. Jorge Chávez; un PCI ponderado igual a 14 por ciento considerado un pavimento de estado muy pobre, con esta condición proponemos el tipo de mantenimiento de rehabilitación y reconstrucción; y para la Av. Costanera tiene un pavimento en estado pobre con un PCI igual a 36 porciento, proponiendo el tipo de mantenimiento de rehabilitación con refuerzo estructural.

The objective of this thesis is to apply the Ministry of Transport and Communications Management System, with its modifications in the adaptation for urban pavements, generating a management scheme for the surface of the pavement in its present state, which in the inspection phase used the Pavement Condition Index to evaluate the Jorge Chávez and Costanera Avenues of the Wanchaq district with two thousand linear meters of track, which have been studied in detail to identify the existing faults and quantify the state of the road with the use of photogrammetric drone phantom 3 equipment. The problematic that the investigation develops, that comes to be the study of the deterioration of the pavement surface of both roads, for it’s intervention, with the objective of generating a management scheme for the surface of the pavement. The methodology of the present investigation is quantitative of a descriptive and proactive, non-experimental transversal level, being the results obtained in the Jorge Chávez Avenue; a PCI weighted equal to 14 percent considered a pavement of very poor condition, with this condition we propose the type of maintenance of rehabilitation and reconstruction; and for the Costanera Avenue has a pavement in poor condition with a PCI equal to 36 percent, proposing the type of rehabilitation maintenance with structural reinforcement.
