This research develops the contribution of agricultural credit granted by the Cusco Municipal Savings and Credit Fund in the formation of the income of user families in the district of Ollantaytambo, in the Province of Urubamba. In the research process, a constructivist methodology was applied, through the application of a survey framed under the reasoning of the production function, which contains the main factors of production in which the amounts of money obtained through agricultural credit, the which was applied to a selected sample from the registry of CMAC Cusco borrowers, corresponding to the year 2023. The results were analyzed descriptively, which supports the use of an econometric process that allows identifying the contribution of the different components of agricultural production to the formation of income, among these components the contribution of: the amount of credit and production expenses given that there is a direct positive association between the different applications of credit to the components of production and the formation of family income; Among the other components is the use of credit in technological improvements whose contribution is minimal; It should be noted that the amounts allocated to family expenses and the payment of labor reduce the income levels achieved by families.
