Sincé the appearance of the Coronavirus in 2020 it has been seriously affecting third world countries such as Peru and Dental Surgeons are more likely to be infected mainly from the moment the patient removes the mask and proceeds to carry out dental treatment using tools that spread the virus, adding the personality changes in which the patient presents, which generates a monotonous life routine in these professionals; Therefore, in view of this problem, discomforts such as depression, anxiety begin to arise, stress and fear that generate inconveniences at the professional and family level; This study aimed to sift through depression, anxiety, stress and fear of the Coronavirus in Dental Surgeons of the Historic Center of Cusco, a methodology with a quantitative approach was proposed, descriptive scope, cross-sectional and prospective design where a non- probabilistic sampling intention (voluntary) was used, said survey was distributed in a virtual and face-to-face manner issued from January 21 to February 12, 2022; Composed of the items of the DASS-21 and FCV-19S with a Cronbach's alpha for Depression ,832; anxiety .778; Stress .822 and fear .850; 192 professionals were found in 134 dental offices, however only 94 were coded, and basic descriptive statistics were used. The results showed mild depression 19.1% and moderate 13.8%, followed by moderate anxiety 34% and severe 10.6%, continuing with mild stress 9.6% and moderate 9.6%, on the other hand, 34% said they felt fear of Covid-19 at a medium level , therefore, among the most predominant factors were: being a woman, being 23 to 30 years old, working in private centers, have less than 5 years of work experience, without any comorbidity and have had experience of Covid-19. In conclusion this research demonstrated the existence of depression, anxiety, stress and fear in Cusco Dental Surgeons during the Covid-19 pandemic.
